Kamiari Seimen

A ramen shop right next to the Izumo Airport entrance intersection on National Route 9. As soon as you enter the store, there is a ticket machine, so select and purchase. You can also find toppings and substitutes here. The waiting room is small and there are signs posted to indicate the order in which you should sit. We arrived around 11:30 and were seated around 12:00. It was a weekend, but there may be more during holidays. If you can go when the store opens, the wait time will be shorter. There are 5 tables for 2 people, 3 for 4 people, and 1 for 6 people. I couldn't find a single seat like a counter seat. Shijimi ramen with a small colander full of clams on top. It has a salty taste, but perhaps because of the fresh clam extract, it doesn't taste too light. If you like shellfish, you can add more clams. As the menu name suggests, the seafood has a rich flavor. Stirring in the fishmeal makes it even thicker. Yuzu pepper is attached to the rim of the bowl, so you can mix it in to change the taste. Both have cute seaweed with “Marriage♡” written on them. The parking lot is spacious but not paved. If you are heading towards Matsue, it is easy to enter along the road, but if you are heading towards Izumo, it may be difficult to enter as there are cars going in and out of the store.

August 2023 Visited after seeing a photo of a large amount of clams on a bowl I received this day... Shijimi clam salt additional clam ¥ 1000 A mouthful of white soup, super thick! How much flavor can you get from strong extracts, rich soup stock, and freshwater clams? Honestly, it tastes amazing! Noodles made to match the soup are called homemade noodles. If the noodles are delicious, so are the other ingredients. If I dare say it, it's a pity that Tebo's freshwater clams were less and it wasn't so powerful. Personally, I don't mind if the price goes up, so I don't want the quantity to decrease That said, if you go nearby, you'll want to stop by again Thank you for the meal

I visited the store for the first time😃✌️ I ate shrimp miso ramen today, and the shrimp miso ramen at the Shin Nihonkai Ferry restaurant is more delicious than the shrimp miso ramen 👍️ I guess I should have gone for the recommended shijimi ramen 🙈🙈🙈 Everyone was ordering that 👌 If I ever stop by next time, I'll try the shijimi ramen 😃✌️

I went there for the first time in 10 years on July 9, 2023. I bought a meal ticket and waited for over 30 minutes. I ordered Shijimi kelp water, Nodoguro tsuke soba, fried horse mackerel rice set, extra egg, and side meal. The kelp water was quite thick and I could enjoy the taste of kelp water. I was told to be careful because the black-throat fish might have small bones, but there was only about one bone. The surface of the Nodoguro was lightly seared, so it had a good flavor and taste, but it lost its flavor at the end due to the thickness of the kelp water, but it was delicious♪ Both the Tsukesoba and Kaedama noodles were hard. Unfortunately, the self-filling water glasses were almost always dirty. Most of the cups had small particles attached to the rim, so I looked for a clean cup and filled it with water, but it looked like there was oil floating in it, so I didn't drink.
